A labor of love, Ken began writing Hamelin in 1983, recording in 2002, and finally releasing it in 2007. He heard the Robert Browning poem, The Pied Piper Of Hamlin frequently as a child, and wanted to bring the tale to life in musical form.

This recording features a wonderful cast of singers well-known to audiences in the Midwest. The lyric booklet and package is handsomely illustrated by Wisconsin artist Michael O'Connell.
